The Mentorship Program aims to connect seasoned and
experienced dentists with our newer member dentists. Mentoring
relationships are an excellent way to enhance professional growth and
improve career satisfaction. Mentors can impart the wisdom that comes
with experience and help mentees make informed career and financial
choices.
The Mentorship Program is limited to LADS members. If you
are a LADS member and are interested in becoming a mentee, please fill
out the Mentee Application below. Once your application is received, the
LADS office will be in touch with you.
