Join us Monday, April 6 from 6:00 – 8:00 PM at the LADS Office for our CPR/BLS Certification course.
Cardiac arrest requires immediate and effective response by the dentist and their staff if the victim is to survive. That is why the Dental Board of California requires successful certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) for all dentists and dental employees at least once every two years. The Los Angeles Dental Society CPR course follows the American Heart Association's guidelines and satisfies the BLS requirements by providing instruction in:
- Foreign-body airway obstruction
- Relief of choking for adults, children and infants
- Use of automated external defibrillation with CPR
CLASS COST:
- $66 per person (ADA Members & Staff, Allied Health Professionals)
- $93 per person (Non-members)
Class cost includes validation for underground building parking
Certified by the Dental Board of California, this course awards participants a Certificate of Completion upon successfully finishing the program.
