Successful implant osseointegration is well documented over the past forty years. Minimizing implant restorative complications is a key to successful implant treatment and prognosis. Proper treatment planning and patient risk assessment can minimize potential complications related to restorative implant treatment. Concepts of screw loosening/fracture, esthetic gingival contouring and unesthetic screw access holes will be discussed. This program will describe and provide some solutions to managing some of the restorative complications that can develop with Dental implants.
• Treatment Planning for implant restorations • Preventing screw loosening and fracturing screws
• Soft tissue management for implant restorations • Management of fractured porcelain restorations
• Management of unesthetic screw access holes
